The Carlin Community Health Center (CCHC) is owned and operated by the Nevada Rural Health Centers, Inc, which operates Primary Care medical clinics in rural areas.

Services offered by the CCHC are:

Periodic Screening (Children & Adults), Well-Child Care & Vaccination, Acute/Episodic Medical Care, Basic Diagnostic Laboratory & X-ray, Pharmacy, Occupational Health, Prenatal Care and Primary Care Services for all Insurance Companies. CCHC also offers a sliding fee program based on income for those patients without insurance.

Business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital, formerly named Elko General Hospital, is a brand new hospital facility with a medical plaza that covers 175,000 square feet.

The new name reflects the expanded facility and services to the northeastern Nevada communities. This new facility is licensed for 75-private acute rooms and features expanded inpatient and outpatient services.

Services offered by NNRH are:

24-hour Emergency Services, Physical Therapy, Full Service Laboratory, Intensive Care Unit, Medical/Surgical Nursing Unit, Pediatric Unit, Inpatient Pharmacy, Obstetrics and Gynecology, 24-hour Radiology Services, MRI and CAT Scan, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, Ultrasound, Chemotherapy, Neurology, Inpatient Surgery, Outpatient Surgery, Cardio-Pulmonary Therapy, Pulmonary Function Testing, Stress Treadmill Testing, EKG and EEG Testing, Nutrition Consultation and In-patient Renal Dialysis
