  3. Ms. Cadesea Kelton and Patricia Langston Requested to Address the Carlin City Council Pertaining to the Number of Dogs Permitted within the Carlin City limits and All Matters Related Thereto. (Non-Action Item)
  4. Mr. Byron Roy, 724 Elm Street Carlin Nevada Requested to Address the City Council as the Chairman of the Citizens of Carlin Regarding the City’s City Manager. (Non-Action Item)
  5. Review and Possible Approval of Creating a Junior City Council Comprising of Carlin Youth from the Carlin Combined High School Classes, Freshman to Senior and All Matters Related Thereto. (Action Item)
  6. Review and Possible Approval of Creating a City of Carlin Welcome Wagon Committee and All Matters Related Thereto. (Action Item)
  7. Review and Discussion of the City Manager’s Annual Evaluation and All Matters Related Thereto. (Non-Action Item)

  10. Review and Possible Approval of Council Minutes for 01/23/08 & 02/13/08 and of Accounts Payable for February 27, 2008. (Action Item)
